Default Speeding Ticket in Florida

Hi guys,

I was wondering from all the floridians out there, if here in florida the Cops give bikers a brake? Not that I'm complaining or anything but, I've past Cops with those radar things several times already, on all the ocasions I was at least 15 miles over the speed limit. But they don't seam to bother with me. On one occasion they stopped the car right behind me and I drove by. I keep wondering why that is, maybe it's because I'm ridding a cruiser right now... I don't know. My wife keeps telling me that I should be careful cause one of these day I might catch them in a bad mood.

Ps. I know they are hard on car drivers, because last year when I moved down here from cape cod I got 3 speeding tickets in 6 months, and my wife got a ticket for being 8 miles over the speed limit!

They should be harder on cars considering a lumbering 3-4000+ pounds is far more dangerous than a small, nimble 400 lbs.

But I sure as hell wouldn't rely on your good luck to last forever

that is what you get when you move to Boca Raton...where the speed limit is only enforced after bingo hours and after early bird special.

I get some slack when on back roads, but I4 troopers suck. They cut you no break.
