I knew they'd design the r1 with the same overall appearance of the r6. I'd go with C, graphics look kinda sharp i think.

A looks the most Yamaha B looks a bit Suzuki to me and C looks like an old Kawasaki design

I'll go with B. A is alright, but C looks gixxer to me. (the multiple colors and angles really remind me of a gixxer)

Ya, I will be getting the real dirt 07 R1 because i got a down payment on a 07 R1-I am sure its better than a 06 R1 no matter how Yamaha builds it, but I all ready know a lot of things you don't and i am not going to tell you anything:slapcry :cheers :beermug :corn

I highly doubt that the Yamaha Design Cafe website is going to show an image of the honest-to-gosh 2007 YZF-R1 in May.

It's just a survey looking for opinions on color/graphic ideas which uses the 2004-2006 bike as the "test mule".

^ Well it's not really an 06 R1 or a 06 R6, like a hybrid. Maybe it's just a p-shop or close to the actual bike. If it is I'd be a little dissapointed. Yamaha is pretty good at making the R series look a little different while still carrying some of the same style components.

A or C, neither are really that great though. Hate the graphics on the tail. What is with that?
