Need help finding the right size riding jacket

I need help finding a jacket that has long enough sleeves for me but isn't too big in the waist. Every jacket I have found is too big in the waist and short on the sleeves or vice versa. My chest is 37" and my sleeve length is 36".

Every jacket I've seen so far with a 37" chest has like 32" sleeves.
