NICE! I just got my pair this week also! One thing to note - BE CAREFUL w/ that abrasive material (not sure what its called, but its that raised dotted parts on the thumb, fingers, and especially pinky!) If you feel it, it feels very abrasive. I made the mistake of resting my hand on my tank and promptly scratched the paint!!!

I put electrical tape over them now to prevent anymore scratching, especially on the pinky.

Otherwise, GREAT gloves. Best pair I've ever owned.

I've been using them for years. A few crashes with them and can still use em.

Only gloves I will wear. Great choice.

If money wasn't an issue would you chose the Pentas over the Held Phantoms?

In a heartbeat. I have both Held's and the Penta's and prefer the Spidi.

Thanks, guys. Hey TZ. Your reviews helped reinforced me to get these gloves. Been wanting them for some time.

Hey Lex. Now that you mentioned it, I think they caused the powder coat on my brake lever. Gotta put something on them. Do you have a pic so I can see how you remedied the issue?

Yea dude.. That material they used is no joke. Its like sandpaper! I appreciate it for its 'protective' qualities, but it does your paint no good!

I can take pics, but its really nothing special. I just cut small pieces of black electrical tape and taped over the abrasive parts. hehe.. Looks like shit, but I'm all about function.
Also, its not as noticeable on mine since my gloves are all black...
