Default Need new boots, what do you guys suggest?

Alright, I've had the same pair of JoeRocket boots for over 2 years and there are holes, cracks, tears, etc. all over it. I want to get a new pair of boots but I'm not sure what I want and I can't try a lot of them on

I have a set for the track, I'm just looking for a good pair to wear for everyday riding. I figured if I got some Sidi VCA's I'd rock those all the time, but I do ride everywhere, so I need a pair that would look good when I go normal places, including work, and have them comfortable to walk in as well. (which this Joe Rockets have served me well for, but they're not in production anymore)

Now, I've come across these, but I'm not sure... and also heard a review where they just came apart in a lowside.

I was looking at the Sidi Scorpion as well, but that is now out of production. I don't like any of the Icon or new Joe Rocket ones, they look and feel like I'm wearing a boot 3 sizes too big, they're so bulky and ugly... just like lugz, hahaha.

Anyway, let me know what you guys think and suggest.

edit:

I found these too, any suggestions?

I wouldn't wear those shoe style boots, because they're just that, shoes. Not boots. I'd get some nice boots such as a Sidi Vertigo, A* SMX or SuperTech, Oxtar or whatever they are called now, and just stick some shoes in your office/locker, whatever at work. Walking is not overrated.

And then I'd mvoe to Colorado.
