Default How fast do you take corners?

Say you are making a right turn off the main road with no stop sign or a green light... how fast do you take the turn at?

How about a left turn?

ummm slow down, and freakin turn... usually if its like a right turn or left onto another street pretty slow cuz there is always a crap ton of gravel and shit on the road, not to mention the roads suck at the lights here cuz it ges hot enough to melt the tar. The roads actually are bout 6" lower where the wheels are right at the stoplights.

There isn't a set speed for any corner, anywhere, especially on the street. It all depends on your riding ability, tire pressures/temps, pavement conditions, traffic, your mood... You get the idea. Just take it at whatever speed you're comfortable with.

You should never, EVER use your speedo as a gague for corners. Really bad habit to get into.

idk i just feel like im going awfully slow through them sometimes... like 14 mph for a right turn i would say is my average... I dont really have the confidence I used to since I lowsided. Im just afraid the tire is going to catch that one piece of gravel and I will wipe

Just give it time. I know after I lowsided, it took awhile for me to get my confidence back in my right-handers. And don't worry about feeling slow, we all did when we started. Just do it so you feel comfortable, and the rest will follow as you become more comfortable with the speeds and the cornering.

It doesn't matter as long as you're enjoying yourself.
