Default any tricks to trip traffic light sensors?

i notice when i ride with less traffic, that i get suck at the traffic light more and more lately (the freaking sensor are not picking me up). with that said. other than buying a device (Signal Sorcerer, Green Light Trigger and the Red Light Changer), is there a "hot spot" or any tricks i can do ?

when i'm stuck at a light i just usually high beam like crazy, see if there is one of those signals for pedestrians, or if there is no cops i just run it.

good question...... i also have this problem.... and i know at nights when during the day the left lane for left hand turns always turns green before everyone else...... at night its always the straight lanes and the left never turns on....... I just get bitter and upset waiting about 5minutes to wait so now i just pull some u-turns or run it also....

i find that the best way is to turn the bike off and the restart it. The magnetic field eminating from the coils in the starter will trip the light sometimes.

All you have to do is put one of your wheels DIRECTLY above part of the sensor wire (the ring or square cut out that has been filled with tar) and it will trip the light. All most all sensor now days do not detect the whole car just the rims.
