BTW I-95 was heavily enforced when I was in VA 2002-2003, I would speed there.

Not really anymore, there is this lovely stretch of road in the HOV lane where it's slightly downhill, but straight as an arrow, and you can really see ahead so you can gun it without traffic...winds are scary, and not having grass on the side of the road is scary too...fall and you hit the barrier...
