Default Low beam/high beam?

I've started to ride with my high beams on during the day - just for some added attention from cars and partially because people keep bugging me that I have one headlight out lol. Anyways, I was wondering if any of you guys ride with your high beams on at night as well? I mean in traffic. Just wondering.

One thing I hate of the my 04 R6 is the lights.
I always ride with high beams on, either it be daylight or nighttime.
at night, I really do not give a shit if I blind someone, as long as I can see where I am going.
Yamaha really screwed up with that headlight design.
Yes...people have claimed that it was for security purposes...then why did they not do it on the R1 also.

If i get some extra cash, I am doing the highbimmin.com conversion.

I ride with the high beam on no matter what time of night and day. The only time I turn it off is when I am stopped at a stoplight at night. then as soon as the car in front of me gets down the road abit I turn the high beam back on

If I'm by myself or leading I ride w/ my highbeams on, day or night. If I'm riding with a group I turn the high beams off, cause I can't stand when someone behind me is riding with their high beams on.

I used to ride with the high beams on, until I saw someone doing that, and realized just how big a tool they were.

Yes, you should absolutely draw a ton of attention to yourself, so that those poor drivers that you're trying to alert will fixate on you and hit your stupid ass.

No thanks.

I WILL ride with my brights on at dusk and at dawn, when the sun is at my back. Just to be visibile at all against the bright sun through a dirty windshield.

I just use it too flash drivers if I am passing them at night time, if they are looking like they are going to turn in my lane... Or if I am taking a turn at night. I kind of like the one headlight look, it has grown on me.

not quite sure what u mean when u call the projectors non-functional since well they function as they are supposed to: project the light dispersed in a particular direction rather than projecting unfocused light.

both sides of the heallamp house 2 projectors which only use 1 h7 bulb per side. both sides emit the same amount of light. u r correct in that the lowbeam also includes a deflecter shield to divert the projected light downwards (lowbeam) while the highbeam does not thus projecting its beam forward.

booyah!!
