Default Five rules

Found this info when doing some research for someone. Tips are for somone doing laps at the Nurburgring in Germany. Some good info (sorry if it is a repost)

Nurburgring Five Rules

1. Realistic self evaluation
2. Ride relaxed
3. Seperate line of view from bike
4. Right rest at the right time (The ring is 13 miles long)
5. Mental training

I like how the described rule 1.

Solid advice, IMO. My only criticism: "Seperate line of view from bike" is confusing. Why not just write "Look at your exit"?
