anyone ever ran into a swarm of bugs?

I was going down the beach way to my house going something like 90+ ...when all of a sudden i see a swarm of bugs...i tried ducking down into my windshield..but next thing i knew *splat splat splat*. my helmet is covered in gunk...so is my windshield. i get home..check out my bike..its all over the place..and my clothes too. I tell my friend that i just hit some bugs..and he was like..dude there's a bee on ur pants still. And sure enough when i looked down, the bee was still twitching around. It was damn gross....anyone else had to experience this?

Shit, last Sunday I was on my Waverunner do top speed (about 62mph) and this fat bug hit me on the right cheek and it hurt like a mofo. I got this big red mark because of that.

Yeah, this happend to me once. I ran into the thickest sarm of these little greaan bugs one day. it was right around sun down and me and my girl were riding some back road twisties along some farms. We hit this swarm. It was sooo think. My and mu girls helmets was covered (i couldnt hardly see.) Our clothes were covered. My bike was palstered. The swarm was sooo thick that the bugs were coming in under my helmet and getting into my eyes. it was terrible. I had to stop at the first gas station to clean my face sheild just to make it home.

That seems to be an all too frequent occurrance with me lately. The midwest has seen a lot of precipitation in the last month or so. This, in turn, has led to standing water in a lot of areas which is also great for breeding misquitos. I feel like Hilter to the mosquito community lately.

Yeah just Sat a bud and I are riding and we pass this truck... I saw this swarm following the truck go right fer me. I tried ducking it too... but too late. Sounded like a bucketfull of 'em hit me, my leathers were covered!

Liloutlaws, the bee was still on ya! He must of had the ride of his life. He knew he was on the six and just held on for the hell of it

Imagine not wearing your helmet and running into a swarm of bugs!! OUCH. Thats why I always wear my helmet.......Even cars sometimes throw freaking ROCKS at you every once in awhile. Just as well as those dump trucks that are ahead of you. They leak bouncing rocks. I always like to keep the front face down when going speed

EVERY damn time I ride hehe. And the locust are out really bad right now for their 7 year party. They are very loud when they wack your head. Wow do they splat.

If you live in the south you just get used to it hehe. All over your jacket and everything, yuck.

This one time i was on the highway with my shield closed, and some how a fly got in from underneath my chin. It freaked the shit out of me cause I though it was a bee.....I dont think the 6 has ever been braked that hard! Anyways, once I opened the shield, he just flew out. It was super scary, cause I just paniced.

This is abnormal? I go through many of them every ride. Every time I ride my bike is covered in bugs. I get them all over the front, mirrors, levers, bar ends, side of my slipon.

Just nasty. I hate bugs.
