Default what is normal riding temp?

I'm normally in the 170 to 180 range when I'm riding unless I'm in lots of start and stop traffic then it can get as high as 230. Anyone else have similar numbers? Also, I think the owners manual said below 240 is okay. Was curious if some of the more experienced riders felt the same way.

49 state, I guess. I bought it in florida so I assume it isn't cali.
