Default Do you guys do this?

Just want to see if you guys do this.

You're cruising around the streets and your in a gear and notice that it's a little too slow, and so you down shift.

Now do any of you guys rev match when you down shift for a smoother shift (or for any other reason)?

You're supposed to rev match unless you're slowing down quickly. Also makes for a better ride for passengers.

i believe they mean that when you down shift, you bring the revs up with the throttle as you engage the clutch to make it a lot smoother

Over time, you get used to matching the rev with the speed. I do it all the time. (You get sick of slowing down to speed up if you dont)
