Default Does anyone else downshift twice with one clutch pull?

I've been doing it for a while. Only at the track when a sweeper is followed by a sharp corner. I downshift from 3rd to 1st in one clutch pull, blipping each time I downshift still. Anyone else do it? Anybody think it's bad to do?

I do all the time, I have a slipper so not as big a deal, but I used to do it before the slipper also, I have gone from 6th to 2nd in 1 pull.

I let the clutch out a hair between shifts. not all the way... just enough to let to rev a bit.

i've done it a couple times but feel weird doing it. never thought of it as being bad for the bike though, as long as you rev match. i actually thought of it as a lack of comfort on my part for why i wasn't doing it. i figured, if you can go from 5th to 3rd in a car, why not the bike?

Do it all the time, if I'm getting you right. Only time I don't is going from a long straight into say T1 and using some engine braking as well.

Weird. On a local Vegas forum, none of them do it. I never really thought about it while doing it, I just thought it saved time. Especially if any of you know the 8-9-10 sequence at SMMR in Pahrump. Sweeper, quick left, quick right and on a stock geared '06 R6, first gear is the best gear to get plenty of pull for the short front straight.
