where to purchase aftermarket warranty

I bought a used 2007 r6 recently and needless to say i've already encountered some problems (albeit small ones (water pump)). but i was wondering if anybody knew or could recommend an aftermarket warranty that i can purchase for my bike.

I have a friend who's old boss runs an aftermarket auto warranty shop.

From what I hear from him, aftermarket warranties are a huge money maker for the seller and a huge scam for the customers like yourself.

I would just hope that nothing happens instead of sending your money to a company that might disappear or flat out refuse to pay for your claim when it happens.
