Default FRAME crack at weld...

Has anyone seen a crack on the Frame weld, on the 2003 R6 or newer?

Not really an issue with the r6 but if you use it to stunt then what do you expect?

Never assume... the crack is on some guys bike who does not even stunt...

There were some threads about the Gixxer 1000's frame cracking but I haven't seen any here on the 6...

Just want to update you fella's... I went to a master welder & he told me a good weld should be far stronger than the metal frame & the frame should crack before the weld...

He said Yamaha should have covered it, but for $200 I let the man do his NASA level quality job & the bike is on the road again, the dealer gave me shit & would have had the bike for months!
