Default Yamaha or 3rd Party Warranty?

Tomorrow will be the last day of the stock 1yr warranty on my 06 R6 so I have until tomorrow afternoon to buy an extended warranty. The dealership has been taking their time answering my questions so I'd like some feedback to help me choose.

Yamaha Protection Plus Warranty ($1288.50 Canadian for 48 months)
I'm told it is basically an extension of the stock warranty.
No deductible
No mileage limit

Integrated Warranty System ($1064.00 Canadian for 48 months)
Dealership said it is also an extension of the stock warranty. (should I believe them?)
No deductible
No mileage limit

Here's the coverage for the 3rd party warranty:
Product Plans
Coverage available on new and used motorcycles.
12-48 months of coverage available on new motorcycles. Coverage begins immediately after manufacturer warranty expires.
12 month coverage available on any used motorcycle less than 5 years old and in proper working condition. Coverage begins 30 days from purchase date of warranty.
Coverage
Electrical / electronic components of the motorcycle are covered.
Engine components: Internally lubricated parts are covered if damage due to mechanical failure.
Other systems covered
Transmission Components
Primary Drive
Drive Axle Assembly
Steering Components
Brake Components
Gauges
Fuel System Components

After taxes I'll be saving around $260 if I go with the 3rd party warranty. Any suggestions? Which would you choose?

I was faced with this purchase when I bought my bike new. I asked for the YES (Yamaha Extended Service) plan. I opted for YES for just the reason I'm not often near the place where I originally bought my bike so I wanted to be able to bring it anywhere for warranty service. Not just 1 dealership or 1 chain of dealerships. Not sure what you're facing but something to look into.

Good point...

I called the company and it seems they have more service locations than Yamaha has dealerships so it sounds like a good plan. Except... they said I need at least 30 days left on my existing warranty to apply for the 48 month coverage. Today is now the last day of the warranty. I guess I'll be purchasing the Yamaha warranty instead.
