It appears that you are going to need the full system mid-pipe because the slip-on mid-pipe will not work with the headers due to diameter differences. The part# for this is #YZ616RT, and retails for $122.50, and the RS-3 muffler is priced as follows: CF-$375 retail, SS-$250 retail. As for the springs you will need to purchase muffler to midpipe and midpipe to header springs which come to a total of 4 part# RACE-SPS-1

I think I've got the mid-pipe covered since the headers came with one. Btw, is that mid-pipe price you quoted me for a standard mount or a high exit? Does Yoshi even make a high-exit option for the 00 R6? Also, are those can prices for the race baffle or for the Zyclone baffle?

My main problem looks to be from the mid-pipe back. If I can't get my slip-on to work, then I'll have to pick up another canister. You don't know of anyone who has a used one in good condition they want to get rid of do you? I'd prefer new, but if I could find one in decent shape that was used, I'd probably go that route for now.

I think I've got most of the springs covered as well. It came with springs for the headers and for the header to mid-pipe I believe. I'll have to double check, but I think the only ones I'll need will be the mid-pipe to canister springs.

the prices i gave you for the mipipe is the same between standard and high exit, the only difference is that you will need to purchase a high exit muffler hanger which is $62.00 to go with the high exit midpipe. As for the mufflers, we do not manufacture Zyclone mufflers for the most part, the only muffler we make zyclone is for a Katana 600/750. So the prices i gave you are for the race mufflers!

you can purchase the headers and midpipe which will utilize you current canister!

I thought i had responded but i guess not, my apologies, Can you supply me with the part# that is stamped on your midpipe near the coneection to the stock header? This will inform me of correct system components or not! Usually our fitment is known to be very close to oem so i would suspect there is some issue preventing the exhast from fitting that way. When mounted the exhuats should be pretty solid as you stated.

sliders will fit 03-05 model years and we will supply a cutting template from which you can use to ease installation. All sliders are made of real delrin material and have been tested. Billet spacers are also anodized black in color!
