I just bought my 00 R6 track bitch...and need a new exhaust...probably going for the cheapest I can buy...but before the R6, I had on 02 RC51, and had Sato Banzai exhaust on it...just about the best slip on you can buy for the RC...anyway

But I just had to comment...Maybe Two Brothers makes better exhaust for the R6 than they do with the RC51, but over on the RC51 forums, Two Brothers were the laughing stock of all the exhaust threads. They were at the bottom of the totem pole when it came to build quality, fit/finish, and customer service. To say you were debating over whether to buy a $250 two bros. slip on and a $600-700 Akra can is crazy. They're not even on the same playing field. Akra and Arata are time-proven performers that are 2nd to none when it comes to build quality and fit/finish.

Who cares what your bike sounds like...Except for a slight change in tune, all Inline 4 exhaust notes sound the same. I mean, it's your money...do what you want with it, but don't go..."hmm...I have 600 bucks laying around that I could easily spend on an Akra can, but no...I like the sound of the shitty ass Two Bros can that will fall apart in 3000 miles, so I'll just spend 250 on it instead".....

If you have the money, go for the better chit....Nothing beats a handmade, titanium exhaust....

Cheers

I believe i need to get PCIII to get those # with aftermarket pipe, right?

I wish that they had included the MIG slipons as well in this test. I've had my eyes on it for a while - great looks especially as its a high mount.

Anyone have any experience with the MIGs in terms of decibel levels compared to some of the others on the list? How about HP numbers?
