Alternate shift lever

I'm wondering if there's anybody out there who sells an alternate shift lever, other than the rubber covered stock one. I'm comfortable with the positioning, so I'm not really interested in rear-sets. The reason I'm looking for something other than the rubber is because of the black marks it leaves on my shoes. As I ride to work a lot, it's not practical to wear riding boots all the time.
