Default MJS Performance Header Question/New to forum

I just bought my '08 Black R6 last saturday and the modding has begun. I ordered my MJS Performance race header and have a couple questions for those of you who are running this setup.

1)What PCIII map are you using?

2)Does the O2 sensor just pull out or do you tuck it away?

Also on it way to me in the mail: GYTR CF slip on, BMC Street air filter, PCIII, Puig Dark Smoke Z-Racing Windscreen, Ariete race grips.

Near term plans: Hotbodies flush mounts, Hotbodies Undertail with integrated signals, Vortex or Renthal sprockets (-1/+2) + DID chain w/ 520 conversion, vortex mirror block offs

I have a Termi slip on and MJS race header on my '07 R6.

I am running a slightly modified European full system Termi map on my PCIII.

I am not running an O2 sensor, but the O2 sensor screws into bung on the headers. With your PCIII you can remove it completely (unscrew it from the headers and chase the wires up to the plug). I would sugest that you remove it entirly like I have so that you have no worries about it.

+1. I would also contact Mike at MJS and ask him to throw in an o2 bung plug since you're gonna be running a PCIII. You'll have a big hole in your header once you remove the o2

thanks for the replies, i wasn't planning on using the O2 sensor any longer i just wasn't sure how easily it unplugs. the mjs website says that the bung plug is inluded now, and mike also suggested running the graves full exhaust/bmc filter map in place of a custom one. i guess they will all be fairly similar?...
