Default how much oil does the r6 take?

i laid my 03' r6 down on friday and im starting to fix it. i cracked the stator cover so i need a new one. does anyone know how much oil the r6 takes?

8 quarts or until its filled up to the top of the clutch cover

umm next time dont ask a question in the How-to forum. If you would read the sticky youll understand why.

I also recommend the search feature, and maybe a download of the PDF version of the service manual..

Well anyway im in a good mood so its 2.85L for an oil change
