08 PCIII, MJS Header, Termi Installed-Need Help

over the weekend i installed an MJS race header, a PCIII, and yesterday I installed my termi slip-on onto an '08. When I start the bike, it has a very rough, jumpy idle, and i'm also getting a ticking sound coming from below the gas tank. The ticking sound used to be there, maybe the timing belt or one of the other belts, only now it seems louder and much more rapid. What do you think could be wrong? Should I try playing with the idle adjust first, will that even help a jumpy idle? Would a custom PC tune help this out?

What map did you use? Ticking is prob cam chain tensioner.
Try some different maps. Ticking is normal.
