Smell of ga in oil

So I changed my oil the other day, and I was getting a smell of gas in the oil. Bike runs perfectly fine though.Anyone know why this is? Don't tell me my rings are shot.I will have a shit fit. Yamaha will hear every last thing I have to say, I keep hearing all these damn stories about peoples motors blowing etc.

hey torque, did your motor blow?? i just emptied out the rest of my oil...keyword rest.. i had drained what i thought was all of it on sunday and tonight i was bored and i was like i'm sure some other stuff is in there and like 1/2 cup of oil came out.. and while i cleaned it up with paper towels i could smell the faint smell of gas in the oil. I mean my nose isn't the best and i know oil is a petroleum product so to me they are *kind* of similar. but anyway, i'm flipping sh*t too because the person i bought the bike from had their phone disconnected (yeah F***ing right) like 4 days after i bought my bike... so i'm trying to find him even if it means going to this guys house and finding out if he screwed me... but i mean the bike rode perfect.... i'm just waiting for my oil filter to do an oil change....
