2003 R6 won't idle after 200 degrees...

I have a 2003 R6 with a Leo Vince SBK Titanium slip-on and a pc3 and once the temperature on it get above 200 or so it will not idle. I'm not sure if it's just a simple problem with maybe running a little bit to lean and i just new to bump up the fuel on the lower rpms or possibly something else. Any suggestions on things i might try or look at would be greatly appreciated.
