BUY A STAND!!!! if you use a jack it will sway side to side and your bike will drop.... get a cheap stand.. they all work.. and its only a one time buy...

I know a site to get cheap ass stands that look brand new. They are normally over 200 i think and I got a brand new front and rear Stand for 80 bucks or around there I think. They are suppost to be cheap becuase they have factory blemishies and cant sell them full price. Wel I got mine and there wasnt a scratch on either of them. They come with rubber ends and for the back also they throw in optional piece for swing arm sliders. When I get home Ill get the site and post it.

I personally own these! They say minor scratches and nicks but I got mine and I couldnt find any on there it was brand new. Normally stands go for a min of 100 a piece this is the set!.. It comes with swingarm slider attachments too. www.gpiindustries.com Back then they were like 80 something 2 yrs ago but now I guess they are 104 but still a badass deal! The cheapest and best stands for your money around!!!!Also if you have a new R6 they will give you a discount if you take a pic for their gallery on their stands. Email them about that. They told me they would but I never got round to it and now my Stands are all scraped from use!

how exactly does the front stand support the forks? ive seen the one that has a center support that connects to the triple tree but not one like these.
