Default How to wire and understand LED's

well several people have contacted me saying they cant find my post on LED's... well i found it on another forum i post under so here it is:

Hey guys i took a few hours and made a how to for wiring LEDs as I have seen a ton of questions about them on another board I am on. If you have any questions please post up. Just thought it would give some people ideas.

only thing i have to mention is that some multicolor LEDs use the common as the positive and the other leads as the negative. Otherwise good post.
