looking for a how-to for changing the spark plugs or at least what I have to take off to get to them..

I got a '03 r6. I removed the tank the airbox but cannot find them. Do i have to remove the rad to get to it or is there more to it?

tnx

Default 02 r6 2nd gear help

I hope I am posting correctly. I just joined. I have an '02 r6 with about 10k mi on it. I have been riding for less than a year and I have tried to be carefull with the bike as I am just a poor college student who can't afford major problems every year. To my dismay, I just started experiencing the 2nd gear slippage problem I've read about on this site and I am sick. I have heard anywhere from $1200 to $2000 quoted to fix this since the labor is so expensive. I don't want to sell the bike to some sucker without fixing the problem and I can't afford the fix. I live to ride and I fear my riding days are now numbered. I would sell all I own to fix this, but it is going to take alot so I was hoping that someone might be able to give me a step-by-step on fixing it myself. I don't have alot of experience working on engines of any kind, but I am a fast learner and I am desperate. Please, if anyone can give me some advice on what I should do I would be gratefull.

My chains are begining to wear out pretty bad and I think they need to be replaced. How do you take off and replace the chains?

Does anyone know how to put the gregg's custom flushmounts on a 2005 R6? It says that you just bolt them on but there isnt anything to bolt them onto after you remove the stock blinkers. There is just a hole. So confused???????
