How many of ya'll have done this, and in what intervals....I've never done it on my bike, sounds like i need to....99 R6, got it in 04

I want to do this also but how do you know what weight oil to use, aside from the stock or is that good too for track use

I use 10 weight. I think stock is 5.

not the way to properly change your fork seals or oil. it's not clean (most important of R&R in the forks), the rod isn't bled and oil level isn't set properly.
