Exclamation How to adjust suspension,change and balance tire

Hi friends
a few weeks ago i recorded in video, Scudman, a master in do it yourself here in southflorida doing that things and posted in youtube.
How to adjust the suspension, how to remove and install a tire, how to balance a tire.

What kind of bearings are you using for the balance? What size diameter is the rod? Nice vid too

The diameter is not really that important, what is important is that it is really smooth, he use medical precision equipment to make that rod. You dont want to find different positions each time because imperfections on the rod.

How does one's height and weight change the amount of movement the forks and rear susp.? I wanna mess around and try and work w/ my suspension.

I'm 5'4 155 geared up (maybe more?)
