Good find. I'm gonna have to try this out, my Woodcraft clipons have been driving me nuts ever since I bought the bike.

Yes, when compared to the comfort of stock clipons. The vibration itself, at least to me, isn't really noticeable past 8000RPM. If I'm cruising on the streets though and my RPM's are between 6000-8000, it feels as though my hands are being rattled violently. I'm sure it doesn't help that I haven't had my bike re-jetted ever since I brought it to Vegas from So Cal.

The vibration was so bad that I would have to stop riding after about 50 miles....on the track I never noticed it, but on the street man it was bad.

He just did it this way because I suggested putting silicon in it.

I finally got around to doing this mod, only I failed miserably when using the expanding foam. I made a huge mess with the foam and ended up having to clean up so that my throttle wouldn't stick. Instead of using expanding foam I stuffed a bunch of bubble wrap. I used the exact same concepts as boostedext and got great results. I was able to find fishing weights that slid perfectly into the bar. I couldn't believe how smooth the clip ons were when I went to take the bike out for a ride, my hands weren't being rattled to death anymore. Felt like I was riding a new bike.
