Default gas light

I have a 2007 R6 how many miles go i have to get to a gas staion befor I run out when the light turns on.....The mile gage goes back to zero but i don.t know how many m,ile i have to race to the gas station...some one please helplololol

It all depends on how you ride it. If you ride it really hard, you don't have very far. If you baby it, you can probably go 25-35 miles. The reason it "resets" to zero on the trip meter is simple. It goes to "F-TRIP" when the low fuel light comes on. That lets you know how far you have gone since the low fuel light came on, giving you a good idea of how far you have left. I have a 2003 R6, and I can normally go 25-30 miles when the light comes on. I normally average around 32mpg though. I ride a lot of city where it is all stop and go traffic. If it is open road, you should be able to do better than I do.

ive driven 34 miles and im pretty sure i was running on fumes and those 34 miles were on the highway going 75 if that matters..

Try not to push it past 25 miles, not good to run the bike on empty
