Just wondering.........since the 06 was the first generation of the new models, did it have any problems?

I am asking because normally the new gen always has a problem, i.e 03 has coil problems and 04 and 05 did not.

the motor has some oiling issues and is hard on bearings. I am sure some others will disagree, but it is a very common problem on race bikes

was this a problem only on the 06? was it corrected on the 07? Also can you elaborate on oil issues?
