do i need a power commander with gtyr full exhaust?

You can, but you'll probably end up with a lot of popping since the compression ratio may change. I had a Leo Vince slip on for about a year before I got a PCIII and once they were both installed I noticed a world of a difference.

you honestly are probably making less power then with the stock pipe by not tuning for the new system.

how hard is to tune the power commander? ive never done such thing before. do that have maps available?

if they have a map avail...its as simple as loading it onto the pc3 with a usb cable, like music to an ipod. if you need a map made (which will always give you the best gain) you need a professional tuner to do it
