Default TIPS FOR LIGHTS AT INTERSECTION

Hey I just wanted to know that when I am riding late at night and its just me at the intersection, the light never goes green for me and the sensor never picks me up to change it, what are some things I can do?

yeah i hate the lights that have sensors. they never turn green for me. i just go when it's clear, making sure cops are not around too. if the intersection has a pedestrian cross walk button then you can go and push that button if you want and the light will turn green haha.

I go over to the crosswalk button or just go if there isn't one, i read a while back on a different forum that some people put strong iron natural magnets on the bottom of the bike, about an inch long and about four of them on the top side of the lower fairing at the very bottom of the bike. You cant just use refridgeator magnets but some serious ones, just a thought.

in mn the law states if you are the only one at the intersection and have waited "a fair amount of time" and the intersection is clear you may go on red. so me and all my friends just usually come to a stop and if its clear just go.

that magnet does crap. i bought it, complete waste of money.

they only work if there is a sensor, so if your doing most of your riding in the canyons or back roads it wont work.

and even if there is a sensor all you have to do is, when you come up to the light, place your bike on the sensor (easily visible) if you can't see them then the light doesn't have them.

come on guys they taught us that in MSF...
