whistler cruiseader radar detector

This is so new very few posts any where on line speak of the ease of installation, use etc. It has a helmet, wireless, alert function that allows one to keep their eyes on the road. I have an escort 8500 for my car and it has kept me ticket- less for the past 5 years.

This is one of the newest radar devices that is exclusively made for motorcycles.

Has anyone tried it and has yet to share their experiences?

Around here, most radar detectors are useless. The local and state cops here use LIDAR(laser), and if you know much about laser technology, the beam doesnt spread. In other words, this means that the detector becomes nothing more than a ticket notifier, since it will only go off when the laser is on you(meaning the cop just got your speed).
