Thanks for all the kind words everyone. It's nice to know that a member since 2005 (alot longer than most of you that have posted) is slammed and slandered so much.
Everyone should have a refund through paypal. If you don't contact me and I will look into it with paypal. I spoke with them yesterday and all of the claims were closed.
I realize most of this will fall on def ears as it seems like most of you have formed some sort of opinion but some of this is warranted.
In regards to saying items were shipped, I apologize, they had not been. As it has been pointed out on here, I had to leave town on July 9th and did not return until July 13th at which point this matter had escalated to something that was unmanagable. Therefore, I found it redundant to reply to anyone as it appeared people were already convinced I had taken their money and flown to Jamaica or something. I only posted on BCsportbikes because I live in BC and know some of the people on that forum. I didn't appreciate Greg and others stating misrepresented facts. It was my full intention to ship these items.
Also, when I say "money talks" and people start sending me payment with no description of goods payed for besides "03-05 R6 parts" it may take a bit to figure out what I have recieved payment for, I'm not a machine. If I had recieved payment for items that I didn't have, I would have simply refunded the money on a first come, first serve basis as is typically the case on these boards. I received a ton of emails from people saying they will take the items and payment will be sent, etc. etc. with no such action taking place, am I to blame for that as well? Should I have held onto these items in hopes that they would send payment?
If only people wouldn't have overreacted and followed the crowd.
The question about transferring money to my bank account arose a few times. When dealing with Paypal it is the sellers due diligence to ensure the funds are in your account before shipping any items. Firstly , shipping costs money. Secondly, most buyers are unconfirmed and can open a dispute with paypal stating that items were not received or significantly damaged in which case I get nailed as I am not "protected". Lastly, Paypal isn't bulletproof, which I'm sure most of you can attest too, and funds can go missing or be placed in "hold" for no apparent reason.
Also, I thank Greg for the lovely threats he made to myself and my G/F, I wouldn't recommend that tact either. Some of you agree with this tact, I think you need to take a good look around and figure out if you really do.
Well, I don't plan on frequenting this board anymore so I wish you all well.
Oh ya, the parts are still for sale, just not to anyone on hear so quit sending me PM's and emails asking.
