Fluids change

How often does everyone change fluids on their bike - oil, brake, coolant, transmisstion, etc...? I know the factory recommends changes and specific mileage or time periods but do you guys change fluids more often than what they recommend? I can see how it can get expensive real fast if you change more often than really necessary but if it really helps the bike run better and last longer I am sure there is a point where you want to make a sacrifice?

Woud just like to see how you all maintain these things. My bike is new - 08 R6

oil changes come every 2-2.5k i wlays use 15w50 mobil 1 synthetic and new filter everytime
coolant is usually just one or twice a season usually once before winter and once before summer

brake fluid isnt very often every 8-10k depends on my riding i do pads there as well

on the break in point for the bike when they ask for alot of oil changes i just use standard oil and i only change the filter if i see the oil is real dirty or metal flakes. note only for 100 500 and 1000 miles
