Default Royal Purple Help Plz.

Im getting ready to switch over to royal purple max cycle.

my question is who carries it in the midwest? i only see the normal motor oil..?

and what weight 10w30 or 10w40 or maybe higher? manual calls for 10/30.

Bought mine from here, $10.xx /qt...

SUMMIT RACING

Got sick of looking for it at all the local shops. I got 10W40 as that's what the local Yamaha Dealer recommended for Royal Purple (they just don't carry it). They said use 20W50 if I went with Amsoil since I live in the desert, which they also said is better oil, but that debate is endless with no real answers or proof from what I read.

I did end up buying some Amsoil as well. Haven't decided which one I am going to put in when I do my 1000 mile oil change in about a week.
