Default How to license a custom built motorcycle?

Just wondering if anyone knows the process in order to register and plate a bike that is assembled (top to bottom) with used parts? I have an r6 that is mainly composed of '03 parts (frame, engine) but there is no VIN on the frame and almost all parts were bought used through classified adds for which i dont have reciepts. Been a 3 year project that i started not even thinking i could get this far. But, with a lot of help its actually done so now id like to plate it and ride. Anyone with info it would be greatly appreciated.

I don't think you can licence it without a vin...

Yes you can but its a long and hard process and you dont want to go that route.. Like I said check ebay pay the 1500$ for a titled frame and it will save you headache at the end and it will be easy to sell after
