Well this claim doesn't seem to be going smoothly!!

The MVRA (repair agent) are unable to get a quote off the repairer becuase they are unable to get hold of part prices. How hard can it be to get hold of prices for a bike that is a year old!!

Their complaints manager is now running with this, as the insurance company has escalated it. See what happens now! Could have fixed it myself off ebay quicker than this!

Oh and as you guys were saying, the person behind gets the blame and guess what thats what they did exactly, luckly I'm fully comp!!

Finally......... woohoooo!!!!

After a lot of to and fro'ing and getting complaints managers and senior insurance managers involed, the R6 is roaring again!

Went and picked it up today, all looking brand new!! They are still waiting on the two inside covers that attach to the fairings near the stator and radiator reserviour. So I'm going to have to take it back at some point during the week, to get em to put the covers on.

After all of this hassle, they cut my excess by 50%!

I'm happy and now to ride A LOT more defensively.
