Default Backed into and knocked over :'(

So I came home for the holidays and was reminiscing with old friends at a local coffee shop when I had the great misfortune of watching my bike get backed into. Thankfully I'm psychotic about watching my motorcycle and it was parked right in front of me on the other side of the window because I don't know if she realized she had hit my bike and began to drive away -- though I reckon I was out the door and standing in front of her car before the bike even hit the ground. She was really kind and apologetic and we had a police report made. Well, today I went to the only Yamaha dealership within 100 miles and they wanted $200 just to make an insurance report. I laughed and told him what needed to be replaced and got a quote on the labor. Before I show you the pictures, I'll tell you what I got from the dealership:

1. Muffler (stock, can only) - $963.99
2. Right rearset - $63.98
3. Windshield ~ $120
4. Right mirror - $65.99
5. Blinkers ~ $80.00
6. Right mid-insert fairing - $17.99
7. Right midfairing - $267.99
8. Tank ~ $515.00

My only worry with these parts is I got the fairings off e-bay and they're not the stock 2003 Red/Black set so I have to try to get the guy to either sell me just the mid-fairing or I have to try to buy the complete kit again ($700). This is assuming I can't repair the paint, of course.

Ok, here's the where the damage is concentrated. If you look at the top of the picture, you can see a small dent that I haven't priced removing but have asked around and been told it's nearly impossible.

Here's the damage on the exhaust... It's nothing. But the dealership said all the do is replace it. I figured I'd sand it down / buff it out and powder coat it -- or get a new after market exhaust, of course.

What do you guys think this will cost and what do you think I should get for it? I can do the work myself, too.

Also, here are some pictures of the other damages.

No damage to the bar end or clip-on, the brake lever, the tail section, the front or rear rim, or the swing arm? I would double check these items...... You might look at the front fairing stay to make sure it didn't get cracked as well.

They're good. It landed on a curb so there wasn't much contact area.

Take the money and buy aftermarket parts..Or just pick up stock parts off ebay. Personally I wouldn't worry about the paint(just do a touchup). Im guessing the ladies insurance is covering it then? Police report or no?

That's what I was thinking, holy crap! It's good you saw it happen and are getting compensated for it, still sucks though. I'd take the money and use it for aftermarket parts. Especially the $$ for a new can, that's barely a scratch on it!
