Default after over 10 years of riding sportbikes without a mishap, i finally lowsided one...

well I'm finally a member of the "I pitched my bike the other day" club. Had a small lowside with my 07 today around 4:30pm. rear came around in a hard left turn and just came out from under me. happenned at about 35-40. No broken bones or injuries other than my pride. The bike has a ton of damage though. Official reading on the odometer: 645 miles. Yes, I'm a tool...

Don't feel bad man, it happens to the best of us. Look at the bright side (other than the damage), lowsides aren't primarily bad wrecks. The bike lost traction, mostly to the degree angle to the road. No-one can really knock you for this one, it happens......

you're only a tool if you were riding wrecklessly or without any gear.

it happens to the best of us. even rossi crashes.

thanx for the support guys, i needed it. al my non-riding "pro" friends are busting my chops about dropping it. funny thing is that they don't praise my riding ability when they see me dragging my knee around them at over a ton, assholes.

unofficial estimate came out to $3800.00 that's at full retail prices.

funny because the bike looks just a little scratched up, no structural damage at all other than the left engine cover wearing through. now i've found the means to buy that graves ti system i've been wanting BEFORE christmas, hehe. thanx again for the confidance boost boys. Wheels down.
