That same sort of thing happened to me this weekend with my wife on the back. I, however, was lucky to be on a nice interstate with a clean/wide emergency lane that I used. The douche never even looked and didn't even seem to care when the two of us were flipping him off...needless to say my wife was pretty shook up!

It appears as though the jackass was also trying to pass the guy in front of him but didn't check behind or beside him

well he DID have a right to pass the car....it looks as if he waited for the broken yellow line to be on his side to attempt the pass. But you just have some jerkoff's in the world that pull shit like that...that asshole should be from driving anything with an engine

Its wasn't the car's fault. The car was trying to pass the car infront of it. Problem was the bike was trying to pass two cars at one time. Bike is at fault.

i dont think it was the bikes fault at all. why? cause the guy in the car should of checked his rear before making that move.

Bit of a grey area but he must of known he had a bike behind him which would make you check before you do an overtake...i usually let the bikes go when i'm in the car it only takes a few seconds then go keeps everyone happy...but then again not everyone thinks like that
