Default Quick estimate on my motorcylce by expert

Yes, i dropped my bike and as much i'm mad about it, all i can think is now is how to fix and get back. I need ur expert guess-estimate on my situation or ur situation.

i was riding on a curvy whiny small road to enhance my skill on turning about 30-45mph and while i was going from up hill to down hill curve, i didnt see the van pull into the road.

i knew not to brake hard on the curve road so i slowly braked into the grass around the road to avoid an accident. of course, it immediately slipped around the grass.

fortunately, cuz it was grass, im fine but the bike slid and left side is all scratched up.

i was able to pick it up and ride back home but the left clutch pedal is bent and the whole left is cosmetically damaged.

no engine leak and suck but the left headlight is dangling.

so can anyone just shoot me an guessestimate how much u think it will cost me to fix it?

thanks 4 the help.

I would recommend posting pictures.

Are you trying to fix every little scratch? Or just get it mechanically sound?

will post pic as soon as i get home from work.

and from what i see, its all and mainly cosmetic things.

and yes, i want to put it back to where it was, pristine look. even tho it was used, it was perfect condition.

it sounds fine and just looked crappy on left side. :-(

You can buy new OEM plastics (expensive)
You can get your stuff fixed/repainted (depends on damage)
You can scour ebay and this site for replacement fairings

Clutch levers are cheap.

Headlight dangling depends on what is broken.

you might be able to find a good deal on here as well. check the 'parts for sale' section, somebody might have some stuff available for your bike.

hope you dont stress over it you have the 'less expensive' parts damaged, front fairing could be your most expensive part to replace glad you came off alrite

$500 bucks if you are anal about it, less if you wait for some good deals to come up
