I purchased a 2007 R6 off this guy on November the 3rd. I met him halfway, we had a bill of sale wrote up stating I'd get the title as soon as he got it, which was supposed to be within 10 days. Rode it home, thought everything would be alright.
November 16th I call him asking where the title was at, he said the bank had sent the title out just the day before and was hoping to see it in a day or two, but with Thanksgiving, wasn't sure. He also said he had lost the address that my dad had given him (B.S.). It was on the check, and the bill of sale. I e-mail him the address and ask that he please e-mail me back when the title was sent. He said he would and he'd overnight the title to me when he gets it.
November 27th I e-mail him asking what gives? He replies back stating that:
"For whatever reason, I havn’t seen it in the mail yet either. I’m going to call them in the morning and find out what the problem is. I’ll update you as soon as I know.
~J"
November 29th I call but no answer, so I e-mail him asking where it's at again since he said he'd call me back that morning when he found out. No response. Me and my dad call him several times leaving messages to call us. We even found what was his home phone, call there, and the lady that answered the phone said "Oh, there isn't a Justin that lives here or that I know". Finally dad gets a call back from Justin's girlfriend stating that he was in the hospital sick, but she was pretty sure that he had the title. I give him the benifit of the doubt.
Still no word after a few days so me and dad start calling again. By this time I'm enraged.
December 4th (a Tuesday) I get this e-mail:
"Eric,
As I’m hoping you’ve heard by now, I spent 6 days hospitalized for pneumonia. The title has been mailed to you and at this point. I cannot speak for how long it will take the post office to deliver it, but it is on its way. I’m sorry it is taking longer than anticipated, but there are circumstances that have been out of my control."
Alright, good, the title was sent. From where he lives I know it takes no more than a day or two for mail to get to my place (I have an aunt that lives up there).
Saturday December 7th, still no title. At this point me and dad decide Monday to go to the secretary of state police and let them handle this, which is what I should have done a few weeks prior, but I know sometimes things happen so I didn't.
December 8th I get an e-mail stating this:
"Eric,
It is pure principal behind my not returning you or your fathers calls. I made no promissory statements regarding an exact date for the title delivery and offered my best guess based upon information that I was provided with from the bank. When that yielded inaccurate, I made contact via email noting that I would, and did, follow through and contact the bank. Regretfully, a combination of improper initial information and procedural failure caused a delay in getting the title out. A circumstance out of my direct control.
When the title had arrived from the bank I was unfortunately hospitalized. My girlfriend contacted your father to tell him this, further updating the situation. Within 3 days after her talking to your father, my phone received another 9 calls while I was in the hospital. I have not returned a single one based on the complete and utter disrespect for a situation that left me physically unable to do anything. I then emailed yourself to let you know that the title was in the hands of the USPS. A situation which leaves me completely unable to do anything further.
I am going to respectfully request that you ask your father to stop spamming me with phone calls. At this point, the delivery times are completely out of my control as I cannot control the pace of the postal service and their delivery times. If another week goes by and they have still not delivered it, I will request a duplicate title from the secretary of state’s office. But please be aware until then I see no reason to answer the phone as my comments will almost directly mirror the above statements.
I apologize again that this was not as smooth as initially hoped, but the delays are an unfortunate yet uncontrollable situation."
Whatever, in the bill of sale and all the times we talked on the phone he told me that the things were going on and said how long it would take.
So Monday, Dec 10th my dad get's ahold of the police to go about what we need to do to get the title. He explains the situation, they agree that it's B.S. and all they needed was paperwork filled out from us with the canceled check to go up and visit Mr. Czok to make him surrender the title or charge him with some criminal acts.
TODAY, December 13th, I FINALLY get the title. All paperwork was turned in yesterday and completed to the secretary of state police to do their investigation. Funny thing is in two e-mails he said he had the title sent out and it was in the mail, these dates were December 4th and December 8th. On the title it shows it wasn't even released from the bank until December 3rd and the postmark on the envelope wasn't until December 10th meaning he hadn't even sent it out until Monday this week.
B.S. Mr. Czok. You lied to me, A LOT. He had stated to me that he had been in a bad wreck a few months ago and was having problems with his ankle, even stated it in the add he posted on here:
"bought the bike new in August 2007. I would love to keep it, but i am unable to keep riding due to some medical conditions sprouting from a wreck i was recently in."
My
guess, since I know the Monday after I bought the bike which was on a Saturday that he had already cashed the check, that he used his money to pay for medical bills, court costs, or whatever and in using it for that, didn't have the money to get the lein on the title released. Maybe he was waiting on a check cut from insurance to use to pay off the lein but needed the cash until then toget by. Whatever reason, Justin Czok is a liar, dodged my phone calls, tried to make ME look like the asshole, and put me through a month's worth of B.S.
His name is Aethar on here. His e-mail is

Original post for his sale is here:

If this guy ever pops back up on here, or another forum, or even in person BEWARE. I'm just lucky to have gotten my title after all the lies (I know for a fact they were lies after looking at e-mails to looking at the title that came today). I have all saved e-mail from this guy just to show how much he lied and that bill of sale that we wrote up that on his behalf, became a farst.
Sorry for the long detailed post, but I wanted to let people know about this guy.
Eric
