Finally got my stuff (well, one of the 2 things I bought). Funny how I got it right after I posted the feedback, but hey, at least I got something. Here's my post in the for sale section:

Well I got my parts. Thing is, I bought 2 things, a petcock and gas cap, but only got the petcock. He did however give me $10 back. Although he did try to make it right, which I'll give him credit he did try, it took probably close to or over a month to complete this deal.
