it has been resolved. bad communication skills and slow with shipping but he refunded my paypal

yes I sent him a pm which he replied to saying the item would ship in a few days. This was about 8 days ago. havent heard a word since.

hey fuck yourself.... if you get it in the mail be sure to send it back, Some friends of mine back home didnt live up to their words and get the part out to you when i asked them, so sorry for that.
ive refunded your worthless 20$, 17 after paypal fees and 4 after the 13$ shipping on the parts to HI, woah i would have made out with this scam!

first of all you never gave me a number as you claim you did. secondly I never said you are a scammer just a possiblility. regardless of the price of the item over 2 weeks is a long time to wait with little to no contact from you. What would you think if you were in my shoes? If you read my posts I did say you contacted me about a week ago but nothing since then...........
I did just receive the pending refund from paypal thank you for that and I appologize for calling you a scammer but you still were slow in regards to shipping and emailing with status.
btw shipping priority mail should have only been 5-7 bucks
