I take it that you can read, correct? The MN has known for quite some time that this (insert derogatory remark here) doesn't run a good business.

^If its about the recall, take it to your local shop. They may be able to help you.

For the recall, you have to take it to a local dealer, no mail order tires will be able to get shipped back to the person you got them from. The local dealers to the customers are the ones that will have to take care of it. They should be more than happy to do as they are making money off of doing a little mount and balance, and don't have to pay for the new tire.

Sorry I've tried multpile dealers in my area, they are all being tight because I bought them in the States. I am from Canada you see. And Micheline they are being the have the most 1 worded Customer Service department. All they are able to say is " Take them to your local dealership" I have tried that. Plus 1 of the tires i recieved is defective, the REAR tire that is not part of the recall. Tis WHY i have been trying to contact US Superbikes for the PAST MONTH WITH NO RESPONSE!!!

equipped -

Sent you a response, a few weeks ago, with the info.
If you did not receive it, let me know and I'll re-email it.
