Default Parts Unlimited customer service is horrible....

I didn't really buy anything but I had a horrible experience with their customer service department today. Short story bought an agv ti tech sword helmet through imotorcyclestore.com for some reason the xs-m have not arrived yet into the country. They told me to contact parts directly so i did. I called them to find out when the eta is on the helmets. The lady wouldn't tell me anything. basically told me I don't need to know anything because its not my business because I am not a dealer. she was flat out rude. When i asked to speak with someone else she told me no because they wouldn't tell me anything different. I said i'll take my chance with them she said its not her problem that imotor didn't get their helmets from parts yet and told me to call agv and talk to them its their problem not hers then hung up on me. This is fucking nuts....

FYI - Parts Unlimited is a dealer only distributor (the retailers, like us, deal with them) and they won't answer questions or help out if you're not a dealer. Basically, imoto should have contacted them and then gave you the info you were requesting. It's like calling the south east asian factory that makes nike shoes... they won't help you.

first off my problem wasn't that she wouldn't give me the info its how she told me that. she was flat out rude to me. second I called them about a month ago and they gave me an update on the lid then so they certainly will tell people information.
